Meet Maureen

Practical wisdom, warm encouragement, and a lifelong love of horses have shaped Maureen Gallatin's work and ministry.

As a coach, she helps equine professionals gain clarity about how what they do, what they want, and who they help all fit together. As a writer, she explores faith and calling with horse people.

Through Horses on a Mission, she helps people see God’s love, grow in confidence, and use their gifts with purpose in the horse world.

Work with Maureen
It used to be that people hired a coach only when they needed help, when they were in trouble. Now most successful people work with a coach in the areas they care about improving: personal growth, horsemanship, spiritual direction, professional development, or life itself.
Behind nearly every successful horse person you'll find a coach or mentor. Maybe it's a trainer, a formal program, or just experienced eyes on the ground giving feedback and encouragement.

I'm Maureen. I work with horse lovers, ministry leaders, and particularly equine professionals, to help them walk out their calling to love God, themselves, and their neighbors

What a good coach does
A good coach saves you time and aggravation by helping you figure out what's important and what to focus on.   Sometimes that means solving a problem. Sometimes it means finding an opportunity, connecting the dots, or recognizing a success they've overlooked.   Sometimes I'm a safe sounding board.

Questions people bring me
Over the years, I can't tell you how many people I've coached, some formally and some just over lunch, with questions like:
"Am I on the right track?"
"Does this make sense to you?"
"If this is what I'm called to do, why am I so frustrated?"
"I have an idea for ministry. How do I get it off the ground?"
"I know God gave me this love of horses for a special reason…"
"I think God is mad at me. What do I do next?"
"What do you think about…?"

And on it goes.

I understand that most people considering whether they need help don't want to get involved in a big program.

If you're ready for help,  A Clarity Conversation is a great place to begin. (There's more information if you click on the link.)
No matter where you are in the thought process, send me an email and we can see what the best next steps are.
